Backed by a government committed to increasing the sector's contribution to 6% of GDP, the country laid the groundwork for long-term growth and investment.
Hosted by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and supported by the Egyptian Mineral Resources & Mining Industries Authority (EMRA), the 2025 edition of the Forum brought together senior government officials, industry thought leaders, junior exploration companies, financial institutions, and investors to explore the challenges, opportunities, and strategies needed to position Egypt as a leading global mining hub.
