The infrastructure sector continues to be in the spotlight as world governments look on investments in their national social and physical infrastructure as being crucial to delivering on their economic plans over the years ahead. Previous conferences have explored the various aspects of how we ensure we deliver the above. It is fitting that 2025 is hosted in Cape Town, as the G20 presidency is handed over to South Africa. With a theme for the year around fostering solidarity, equality and sustainable development, there could be no better time or place for the infrastructure sector to meet and show its excellence, integrity and significance in shaping a better tomorrow for all. This event is attended by the wider infrastructure industry including clients, governments, politicians, contractors, lawyers, financiers and architects to name but a few. Attendees will be able to take advantage of unrivalled networking opportunities and discussions can also take place with key partners to the conference, in network areas as part of forums, to help build capacity building and knowledge sharing. The 2025 FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference will be held in the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 21-23 September 2025 and we invite the engineering, construction and infrastructure sector to join us in South Africa to help enact the changes we need today to create a better tomorrow.
