The Finnish Veterinary Association organises the Annual Veterinary Congress in the Helsinki Fair Centre each autumn. The three-day program includes lectures in general, meat hygiene, food and environmental hygiene, production animals, small animals, horses and scientific sessions. In addition to the lectures, there is a trade show representing fields of medicine, health care, instruments and pharmacology as well as a scientific poster exhibition.
