| On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 14th IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC 2025) in the magnificent city of Shanghai in August, 2025. Since its commencement in 2012, ICCC has grown steadily from a brand new conference with a strong vision, to a unique venue in bringing together global researchers and practitioners in communications to the greater China region.
This year's conference is themed "Shaping the Future of Integrated Connectivity." In addition to providing a forum for people to present their frontier research work and discuss the latest breakthroughs, ICCC 2025 also features keynotes, technical symposia, industrial and academic panels, workshops, tutorials, and industry expositions, serving as a friendly platform to interact, inspire and discover.
