IFHTSE World Congress will be a forum for academics, engineers and researchers from industry to discuss and disseminate the recent advances, innovations and developments in the field of Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering. The conference will be an opportunity for those working in experimental research and physical and numerical modelling, as well as those involved in design, production, quality insurance and industrial applications. The European Conference on Heat Treatment (ECHT) 2026 will take place from 13 to 15 October 2026 in Cologne, Germany. Combined with the HeatTreatmentCongress (HK2026) and the IFHTSE World Congress, it is the industry meeting point for the international heat treatment and materials science network.
