unites the newest Russian and foreign achievements of constructing industry, innovative ideas and technologies, projects and architectural solutions; makes conditions contracts for establishing long-term business relationships with the biggest developers, architectures and designers, structural engineers, municipal and regional specialized institutions of Siberian region; organise business programme with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russian Federation, executive authorities of Siberian regions, supervisory authorities, developers, banking sector; provides a possibility of making contracts between the exhibition participants and representatives of large, medium and small business from the Urals to The Far East and Kazakhstan; takes place at the largest modern exhibition venue in the eastern part of Russia international exhibition center Novosibirsk Expo Centre.
