Preserving, maintaining, and improving the marine environment is expected to lead to solving global environmental problems. The purpose of this forum is to consider about "safe and secure oceans," and to obtain a better outlook on ocean and maritime governance and scientific innovation that contribute to sustainable development of the oceans.
