Capital Events - previously known as IDEX LLC - was incorporated as a subsidiary of ADNEC Group in Abu Dhabi on 23 January 2012 following a resolution of the ADNEC board of directors. The purpose of the company is to own and manage ADNE's interests in exhibitions.
