 The Exhibition Center of Alicante is one of the examples of this progress, the origins of which it is necessary to go back to 1959. But during the last seven years the Center has experienced the greatest change. In this period it has been possible, not without great effort and support from the Community of Alicante, for the Center to be considered as one of the great Exhibition Centers. The Center has consolidated its position by promoting different events from various sectors of industry: footwear, automobiles, aesthetics, commerce, home & hotel industry, leisure and construction.
At the present time the Center organizes more than twenty Exhibitions and many congresses, seminars or symposiums annually, that arouse the interest of more than 300,000 people and more than 2,000 companies. Consequently, the Center has managed to place itself at the head of the field of exhibition centres and the number of its available organized functions. |
